About these terms

This website is operated by Australian Registration Office Pty Ltd (ABN 58 645 964 156). By using novii.com.au you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

What Novii is, and is not

Novii is an information and referral service. We explain how novated leasing works and, if you ask, we pass your enquiry to a novated lease provider.

We are not:

• a novated lease provider, financier or lessor
• a tax agent, financial adviser or credit adviser acting for you
• a party to any lease, loan or other agreement you enter into

Nothing on this site is personal tax, financial, credit or legal advice. It does not take account of your circumstances, objectives or needs. Before acting on anything here, get advice from someone who can consider your situation, and read the documents the provider gives you.

Figures on this site are illustrative

Every dollar figure, saving and calculator result on this site is an illustration based on stated assumptions. It is not a quote and not a prediction of your result.

Tax rates and thresholds change, sometimes mid-year. We take care to keep figures current and to show when they were last reviewed, but we do not warrant that everything is accurate or complete at the moment you read it. Your actual position depends on your income, your employer, the vehicle, the lease terms and matters our calculator deliberately does not model, which are listed on the calculator page.

Quotes and referrals

When you request a quote, we pass your details to Leaselab Pty Ltd, who will contact you. Any quote, lease or agreement is between you and them. We are not responsible for their products, pricing, conduct or decisions, and we do not guarantee that a quote will be offered or accepted.

Novii may be entitled to a commission from Leaselab Pty Ltd if you proceed to a lease. We tell you this openly so you can weigh the information on this site accordingly.

Gift card offer

Where we promote a gift card, it is payable on settlement of a novated lease, not on requesting or receiving a quote. Requesting a quote alone does not entitle you to anything.

To be eligible you must:

• submit your enquiry through this site
• enter into a novated lease with Leaselab Pty Ltd that settles
• not have an existing enquiry already in progress with them

We will send the gift card within a reasonable period after we are notified that the lease has settled. The offer may be varied or withdrawn at any time before you submit an enquiry. One gift card per settled lease. The offer is not transferable and is not redeemable for cash.

We link to other websites, including the ATO, for source material. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content.

Intellectual property

The content of this site is owned by us or used with permission. You may read it, print it and share links to it. You may not republish it as your own.

Vehicle images are used with permission from manufacturer media resources. Vehicle makes and models are the trade marks of their owners. Their appearance on this site does not imply any endorsement, sponsorship or affiliation.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. Subject to that, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of this site or from reliance on information on it, including any decision you make about a novated lease.

Changes

We may change these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and the current version always sits on this page.

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
